Nagisa is a neighborhood sushi restaurant rooted in traditional Japanese craft and the coastal spirit of San Diego.

Led by Chef Hajime, we focus on precision, balance, and quality—carefully sourcing fish and preparing each piece to highlight its natural flavor with our house-seasoned rice.

this place is incredibly gas. we ordered a sake flight and they had it out on the table before we finished putting the food in. i’m talking <27 seconds it was sensational. the fish quality is top notch and the staff is friendly and attentive. they don’t say my pleasure constantly like you’re at chick fil a, they just genuinely love sushi and fresh fish. kudos to the chef and the Top G in the navy polo, he knows service. our waitresses grace and olivia were gems. if you don’t like this place… snoooty!
